As Otokoç Automotive, within the scope of the “Together Thinking Day Towards the 100th Year” event we held, we had the opportunity to come together with our business units and stakeholders over two days to jointly assess our industry, areas of transformation, and future goals.
During the panel sessions on the first day, we explored the transformation of the automotive world, changing customer expectations, the future of mobility, and the upcoming dynamics of our sector from various angles with esteemed professionals from different industries and fields of work. These sessions, bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences, hosted important exchanges that further strengthened our vision for the future.
On the second day, through workshops conducted with our business units, we evaluated the future through different scenarios; by collaboratively considering shared workspaces, new ideas, and strategic priorities, we created outputs that will contribute to Otokoç Automotive’s upcoming roadmap. This process, shaped by group work and presentations, once again demonstrated the power of collective intelligence.
This meeting, shaped with contributions from professionals of various disciplines, once again proved that thinking together, co-creating, and advancing with a shared vision are among the strongest parts of our corporate culture.
As we move toward our 100th year, we continue decisively on our path with our strong structure that shapes change together, plans the future together, and unites around common goals.
